You can take the bearing out without removing the shaft from the sled, remove both set screws and you should be able to slide it off that end, you may have to hit it with a chisel to get it to slide off, this is assuming you've removed the speedo cable housing below the secondary.
Yeah, I have the speedo housing out.....i will take the secondary off and see if I can get the bearing off.
