01 srx high end bog

I was riding sled on sat it ran good for a while and then fueled up in a small town then a little while later sled would run good at low and mid but at full throttle it would bog.. I stopped and checked carb boots and plugs rite away but found nuthin so I rode easy for a while then a little bit later it was running great the rest of the day.. Now the temp was warmer than normal but my thoughts were watered down gas.. Any input would be great cause this is a new missle for me.. 2001 SRX 700 mbrp can, reeds, clutching and studs..
 
Tip..

Take the time and read your plugs, even if it is stock. It only takes a moment to do. Carry a can of Kotz octane boost as it not only improves octane it also helps take care of any water in the system. Just make sure the filter is clean as the booster will breakup and crap in the tank from the years of neglect.
 
my boss had the same thing happen to him this weekend on his polaris 800 rmk. it was shortly after he filled up w/gas. probably water in the gas or something along those lines. the gas is so crappy these days, its rediculous.
 
Thanks, I did pull over right away and checked the plugs, they were a nice medium brown on all three. And like I said it came out of it after just a bit so I was just concerned.. Another issue I have is traction. I have a 1.25 track with a 144 studs and no matter wat surface I am on I cannot get out of the hole and the front end hardly lifts at all, should I loosen my straps some?? Just don't want to lose all of my cornering..
