if ur in 3 on the helix ur either 60, 50, or 40, i'd guess 60mine is in the hole marked 3, thats about all I know. it runs good though, so I won't mess with it

I understand the 3 and the 6 on the helix but how far do your turn or what are you turning too for a 60 wrap?

To get 60 put the spring in 3 on both the inside sheave and the helix and turn it enough to get the bolts to line up and put on your nuts.......thats all there is to it!!!!!

What kind of difference would be achieved by wrapping at 60* instead of 70*?? -Ed

The belt will go into the secondary easier...so... faster upshift, Less backshift. But not by much.
