yes it will.
I believe the YYH model seat will fit -- same as Vipers, MM's, SX chasis, etc.
I put a Boss Highrise Widetop on my Mnt Viper and it is by far the best mod on the sled. It is amazing what a difference these seats make....... You can effortlessly go from sitting to standing while riding in the powder.
It also adds 3 extra inches of suspension to the "no action" suspension!

This is my 2001 Mountain Max with a Viper BOSS seat installed. With a bar riser, and that seat, it's a awesome setup...thought I'd share it.Boss seats are a great,(not cheap)great upgrade to ride quality. Boss still has not figured out how to get the set to fit the tank thou. I have had to open up every seat I have gotten, and take a bread knife and carve the foam out for better gas tank fitment. After they are mounted your knees will thank you! I really like the newer seats, with a lot of storage compartments. If you have not already, you should also look at raising your bars. My 2 cents. Go for it!
