I am going to clutch my 98 700 with the loaded 8dn-20 package. I am also going to change my top gear to a 22 and keep the 37 on the bottom. I will be running a 50/42 helix with either a green ar red spring. Theoretically from what I have read I should be in the 8500 range when I am supposed to be at 83-8400. Should I order a heavier rivet for the tip right away? I weigh 300lbs suited up and have an M-10 rear suspension with a 1 inch track and 192 studs. Will this kit work for me?
I have a 2000 SRX700 and I weigh about 275 not sure what I weight with all my snow gear on but anyways I have mine geared at 22/39 primary g-w-g spring 8dn-00 with 4.5 rivets both holes and a green secondary and a straight 47 degree helix and this thing pulls really hard

My sled pulls great to about 70-75 then really falls off. I am taking out the aftermarket springs and weights and going with Yamaha stuff so I can get a little more help with the performance. The way I see it is, if you know what you got in your sled its a lot easier for people to help ya.
what factory yamaha parts do you have right now?

No factory parts in the clutches. Different springs and weights from an unknown source. Thats why I'm goin with the 8dn-20's. I also have 89a, and 8dn-00. I was thinking either the 8dn-20's or picking up some 8bu's.

What should I look at for a helix angle then? 51/43 or maybe 54/44?
