I just picked up an 03 Viper Blue ER with 6000 miles on it. The sled was very well maintained and ridden only in perfect conditions. The sled is a rocket and runs perfect except when I go to restart it after 10-15 min. It takes 3 or 4 pulls to start. Is it possible it needs the motor rebuilt? How many miles can you expect before a rebuild? I just put new plugs in and it starts easily when cold.
Thanks,
Tom

Nope...it's normal...usually a touch of throttle while pulling over will help.

Ditto, 4606 miles and I have had to do this from day 1 when new. -Ed
