Broken Reeds Pedal

found i have a broken reed pedal. my question is should i worry about where the reed went? after i took the reed cage out i looked in the hole to see if i could see the broken pedal but nothing was there. wondering if it will be ok. i drove the sled home with a bog for about 30 miles . thanks

btw: it is 34 degrees out and raining in the marquette mi area. alot of snow has melted in the past few days.
 
Had a broken reed pedal on my Viper. Half of a pedal was missing. Don't worry about it im sure its already been through the motor. Replaced mine and didnt even look for the broken one. Hundreds of miles later its still good.
 
So te snow conditions are getting crappy up there to 2003viperER? we got no snow at all down here, we plan on taking one more trip up to three lakes area, How much snow is gone? how bad is it?

I would say at least 6" is gone now. snow is packy and wet. not sure how the trails are though. calling for mid 30's to 40's in the forcast for the week until fri and then it is suppose to cool off to the low 20's
