If using all 3 '02 Viper Cylinders in an '98 SRX, will it be compatible or not? Thanks!

with the viper manifold. otherwise the exh ports are different for the srx tripple pipe stubs...

No it won't work unless you make exhaust port adapters as the Viper has oval exhaust ports and is alot shorter, otherwise the pipes won't bolt up and it will never run the right rpm from exhaust port change and length.
