D&R Chaincase

Is there somebody that has a D&R chaincase for an Ekholm Tunnel they want to sell?? Is there anyone that can drop and roll a chaincase to the Ekholm specs? I broke my drive shaft and busted my chain case, now since Ekholm is outa business I have a sled I can't ride because it is impossible to find just a D&R chaincase. Any ideas or suggestions would be great!!

Ekholme cut off the brake mounting part of the stock chaincase and rewelded it in the rolled position, added a dipstick tube and welded the drain hole shut.The E brake he wouldn't do for me . It took about 1/2 hour to do the mods so you could copy yours if needed.
I thought someone on this site claimed to be the new Ekholme Dealer , from Alberta in Canada
You could contact Nick at Vernon Motor Sports , He worked for Larry at Ekholme in Peachland and did the mods on my case.
 
Thanks gild I will give him a call today!! I heard about the new Ekholm dealer but I didn't think they were rolling chaincases anymore?? I searched for the site on the web and couldn't come up with anything?

MPI was/is doing them. Their design is the same as Ekholm. There was some chatter on here last year about someone needing one and I think MPI was holding out for an order of 10. I'm not sure what happened with that but I think it was boondocker-1 who was looking to get a larger order together for them. He PM'd me last year about getting a spare for my sled and I declined. I decided that it wouldn't be that hard to have copied locally if I broke mine. Worth a phone call to MPI or a PM to Boondocker-1.

Northern Lites had a D+R chaincase that they were having cast instead of cutting and welding the stocker. Not sure if they are still doing it or even if they are still in business. I heard some stuff on here (I think) about them not answering their phone but their website is still up. http://www.nlites.com/details/yamaha_rolled_chain_case.htm
 
northern lites does not make the cast D&R anymore. I got one from van amburg for like $100 i would recommend doing business with them there stuff is great and you will get it in a timely fashion.

Did Van amburg have them in stock?
 
Im still looking for any info for mounting an Ekholm suspension in my 04 mtn viper if anyone knows how to get ahold of this new company that took over?

And as far as I was told by MPI 6months ago they have stopped producing tunnels etc. for vipers etc and are only doing 4-stroke sleds now.

Van Amburg seems quite knowligable and willing to help though and looks to me to have a great product for tunnels and they sell D&R patterns etc.
