How many over spent at NOVI??

just wondering.... lets see... 1-new track and 2 kids coats (thanks Port, awesome prices), two new "cool, like my dad's" open face helmets for the boys, yami jersey, few hats, and the list goes on......
 
Im still on cloud nine !!!! i found a black / grey remsia 3/4 yamaha jacket with corcdura shell , zipp out liner , padded forearms , shoulders and back , refective piping IN MY SIZE !!!!! for $150 bucks !!! yamaha tag reads $409.99 thats almost $250 bucks off just cause they made it last year ......I am fricken loven it !!!!!and did anybody else see the mombo bags for $20 bucks???? i got two of them for $25 ..i tell ya what i can fit my , boots,bibs,jacket, helmet, gloves, blow up doll, porn mags, 1/2 gallon of captiam morgans , sleeping bag,pillow, and anything else i need in this thing and it will still have room in it for $ $12.50 a bag .....just hope i can lift it once it is packed ...and it was nice to see Grapeape,mr. sled , skidooboy and the lovely lynn, vmaxjohn ,i even had lunch with BIGBLUE , i got to meet artic jeff and ding (you win a prize) and nos-pro ...all in all was a great way to start the year !!!!!
 
We didn't make it too Novi, but I thought it kinda funny listening to you all talk about what you bought & spent!!! We went to Peacock LTD saturday. To find that most of their gear was gone. Forgot about the show!!!! Ooops!!! :o| :o|
 
I would have loved to have gone, however, I was in PA for a class reunion. No snow or deals there, unfortunately.

What was the biggest hit?
 
Decisions, Decisions, Decisions! Auction or SHOW?!?

We didn't know whether to go to the show in Novi or to the snowmobile auction in Bronson, MI. Husband needed a new sled, so we went to the auction. Beautiful day and lots of people, the most I've ever seen at the auction. Husbands brother's went too, we had a great time. The only thing missing was watching the Michigan game @ Bill's Steakhouse when we got thirsty :beer: and went there for a break. Michgan sat out last weekend, so no game :( Maybe the show next year. I use to work at Leland Engineering (Timberwolf Div.) Sales Dept. and ran our booth at the show many times..... kinda miss it.
Pray for SNOW!!!
 
I went and wasn't going to buy that much - well you all know how that works! - but hey, you can't put a price on a good time! - jazzed about riding now!
 
Getting a $3 bomber hat from port put me over budget! LOL

I only had to get a coat this year and Shade Tree had 20% off Klim ... not too bad since I never see Klim gear discounted!
 
Gina you got that hat idea form me lol! Man im sweet in that hat!!!!!! I had it on on the ride home and people were looking at me funny it was great. I had a great time meting all of you. See you all on the muni ride.

According to me or my wife ???

I bought several things that I probably would have died had I not have gotten, but now my wife says she is going to kill me anyway. I am hosed either way . . .

Great to see all of you, sorry if I didn't say hi to anyone, after all I am kinda dumb . . .

Thanks Tom for helping arrange the chat with Greg Hilyer, wish I could spend a day picking his brain, though I doubt Yamaha would be too happy.

I hope BIGGUY posts to this thread, as he is usually the winner of most purchases !!!
 
If you count the parts Mr Sled brought fer me, I can check in at just over 1K... Good thing I bought a trailer from Port Yamaha before the show.
 
Spent close to $500, but well worth it! $300 jacket for $129, that is a deal! Was my first time there, definitely going back. :yam:
 
Wish I could of been there to over spend...... my son decided to shatter his elbow on friday night so that put a dampner on the weekend, not to mention his wrestling season and rifle compentition. Hopfully he'll be abel to get some sledding in befor the season is over.

Hopfully I see ya all at muni this year.
