I know harnessracer does the fix.Send him your old ones and he has ones already fixed to swap with you.

Ive fixed alot of power valves by cleaning them with brake clean and ether. Then I boil the power valves in hot water for about an hour then have them tig welded.

I used a drill bit and a dremel tool to cut the groove back in the PV.

Never had any issues with them after they were welded.

just cost me $500 to have yamaha change all 3 cabels and exhaust gasket,and cleaned and re ajusted WOW what a diffeence one first place yesterdsay in a radar run 105 mph in 1000 feet was even beating the 800 sleds

im not woriyd about cable cost i work at a yamaha dealer and can get things for cost i just dont have the cash to put 3 new PV in it cables are alright were can i get them fixed in canada
