I would use a shop vac and a blow gun as suggested above.
You wouldn't be the first person to have to resort to this.

I always take a shop vac and duct tape a small rubber hose (fuel lines work great) to the shop vac hose and get all that coolant and debris out. Then I give the whole thing a long fogging oil bath and suck that out too, then re-coat with fogging oil just not as much.
OK I got all my parts in and almost every thing is back in just need to install the air box carb and exhaust. wondering How or if there is a way of timing this to the carbs. I have been through the manual many times and have not found anything in regards to timing.

Maybe. Like I said before this is my first ever rebuild. I guess what I am asking is do you have to set one of the cylinders at TDC before attaching the CDI to have the carbs synced to the motor. Or do both cyclinders gat gas at the same time? I hope I am asking this right

The simplicity of the 2 stroke means that you can just throw it together and not worry about stuff like that. You don't have any valves to worry about timing.
