Hey, last month my stator went in my 02 viper. The guages wouldn't work unless the headlights were unpluged or the sled was reved over 7000 RPM. I replaced the stator and put the stock headlights back in(it had blue bulbs in it), and everything worked fine for over 700 miles. Just on this past weekend i was on some very rough trails and noticed that if the sled was sitting their idleing and you hit the brakes the dash would completely go out, let off on the brake and rev the motor to 2000RPM and the guages would work again. If you are driveing the sled normaly and hit the brakes the guages all stay on and work fine???....they only turn off if u hit the brakes while ideling, and sometimes they will just go out by their self if the sled idles a lil below 1500rpm...???
