i got a 04 viper. tried both versions of the mbrp cans, trail and race. i was wondering about the sno stuff rumble pack cans. are they better then the mbrp cans? i got a rumble pack on the way for my viper. seeing that it is the best to mount to the sled. mbrp cans tend to rub against the chain tension bolt. well my question is that will i be hapy with the rumble pack can? i like it loud. also what is the loudest can u can get. i had a race version of the mbrp on mine and it wasnt close as loud as my buddys mountain max's mbrp race can!
 
you will more than likely get very few responses...very few run cans on the viper. Other than shedding a few pounds, they are a waste. Most provide a decrease in HP.
 
I have an mbrp race can on my viper. Just use it for a a bit and let some of the packing burn out, then it will get real loud.
 
i have the MBRP Trail Can on mine, but that is it. You will lose HP, so not alot of people putting them on. I like the sound of the race can, but here in MI (UP) they are cracking down on them.
 
Why do you want a loud sled? makes no sense, all it does if shut down trails and piss off landowners.... NOW, if you wanted triple pipes and they were loud, that would be different. Atleast they serve a function.
 
well here in labrador i live in a pretty isolated place with maybe the population of 350 people. there are many places i can go without disturbing anyone when using this can.

Given that you have the Bender 4x4 pipe, why not go with thet Bender can? From what I know, it's the best option(little if any HP loss) for a stock viper and actually may improve performance matched up with the 4x4 pipe.
 
I bought a Sno-Stuff Rumble pack this season. Mounted very easily. I used it for approximately 50 miles or so and now it sits in the garage. It really isn't that loud. I believe my neighbor's kid with a z370 cat is louder than a viper with a rumble pack at idle. At throttle it sound nice, but not very loud. I removed mine because I noticed a decrease in mpg and I did not want the hassle in Wisconsin and Michigan where I did a lot of riding this year. I did not notice a difference in hp, but the only comparison I had was feel.
