Of course the PTO pipe is cool. It is not burning the fuel in that side, therefore not building any heat. Follow my suggestions and start troubleshooting it. You'll find it. Check your wash. You'll know if it's leaking coolant. I"m still betting on a broken reed.

do u think a bad reed will really effect on top end

Enormously. For example, my 270hp race sled would only ran 88 mph due to having one of the four V-Force pedals missing in the center reed block. If they are broken, or missing, it won't make any power.

I,m going to check it in a couple of hours.i have a extra stock reed i could put in if every thing else checks out.Thanks for all the input i really appreciate it.

If your V-Force pedals are broken, install the stock reeds in all 3 cylinders. Do not install only one.
