Hello, I just bought a 3" powermad standard riser block with the extended brake line and an extended throttle cable from powermad off ebay all for $35. I thought that was a good deal, but was wondering if i need anything elce, because im not sure how the cable extension works but i know that i have 2 cables, one for the oil and one for the carbs? so will i need 2 cable extensions? or is their another way to do this??

I have a 4" riser on my viper currently and only extended the brake line. I just re-routed my cables....no issues for 3 seasons now.
Im Running A 3" Chux Riser And I Havent Extended Anything No Issues. If I Were To Do Any Extention I Would Do Just The Brake Line.

The power madd cable extentions dont work on yamaha ( totally different ends). You can maybe reroute cables like guys said.

I just puta 4 inch powermadd on my srx and just rerouted the lines no problems the brake line was a little tight so I just slid my brake lever and cylinder in the bar a little and worked fine since i have a extended brake lever

Yeah, anyone? I have a 3" riser to put on my wife's Viper ER that came off my SXr. I re routed my cables on the SXr to make it work (before I put my 9" risers on the SXr). I can't see any way to reroute the brake line on the Viper to make it work. The throttle/oil cables are fine, but the brake seems really short.

Well i always get rid of that gold metal hoop on column. If you need a longer brake line i have those for $50.

Where do you re-route the throttle and oil lines?...
If you got a pivot riser you should have no props(cause you rotate the bars forward).this is what I would recommend to get the best angle on the bars(otherwise they come staight back). If not I have read that the brake line and throttle cable off the mountain viper will work. And they are cheaper than aftermarket.
