rings and crank seals

i was wondering from people that have done rings and crank seals how hard it was and can someone that has never really worked on a sled doit. how long does it take.

if you have never worked on a motor, i would not attempt it, you dont want too pay twice

rings are easy, seals are different story, have to split the cases to do them.
