SRX stuttering

Any Suggestions? 2000 SRX 700 with fresh top end. Took a few short trips around the yard and half way through at slow speeds it acts like a rev limiter kicked in,(at low rpm's). Sat still for a second and takes right off. Stays idling smoothly only stutters when trying to accelerate.

CHECK THROTTLE CABLE ON CARB'S.THERE'S TWO WIRE'S .OR CABLE MY BE OUT OF ADJUSTMENT.

sounds like TORS is activating,cable could be to tight.

over ride the tors cable by plugging the two wires into each other and leaving the two wires from the carbs unpluged!!

adjust the cable, then if still problem this will tell u if theres a tors prob, but i wouldn't run it this way, just a way to diagnose
