Roller clutch on srx

i recently put a roller clutch on my srx... man what a difference any one know how to set it up for 1/4 mile???

tHats easy...... ask TURK !!!!!!!!! thats what im gonna do......, but before you ask make sure you have all the info he needs , gearing , weights , helix angles , spring colors , rider weght , roller size , etc.......

there are others here that are knowledgable aswell , themore info you provide the more accurate the responses will be ..

what roller are you using?

what helix angles?
what secondary spring?
What primary set up?
What are rpm,s at full throttle from dead stop to top end?
What track u running?

its a maxx roller, the helix anglesare 40/32. the gearing is stock ,1.25 ripsaw track ,black with green secondary spring . primary is stock, 0 to w.o.t rpm at 8500 if ya need more info ill have to check it out in the morning thanks

If you have a 98-99 srx your slightly overrevving.
If you have a 00-02 SRX your good to go for trail riding & lake racing.

its a 98 700 increase tension in secondary or decrease the tension??

Do not adjust for rpm,s by playing with the secondary clutch. Your decreasing efficency & your gonna go slower & have hotter clutches. you need to add 2-3 grams to the primary weights.
