will the reverse kit and electric start kit from a 02 viper fit a 01 srx? anybody done this? i know the linkage wont fit the hood, but i figuired a cable linkage might work? whats you think? thanks awsome site very very helpful
I put a Viper reverse kit on my 2002 SRX. Its not a quick bolt on but it does work. There is an excellant Tech article on the TY site[what a great resource TY is!!!] describing how to do it. My installation was slightly different but its a very good article! And man is it great having REVERSE!
yes the reverse will fit i have one on my 98 converted to cable shift ....and am in the process of converting a second kit for my second sled ....here is a thred on the reverse i helped chilli out with .... http://www.totallyamaha.net/forums/showthread.php?t=51762 well worth it
