Is there any rule of thumb for adding washers and affecting rpm. ie 1 washer tip = 100rpm shift , 1 washer on the heel =100 rpm lower engage ......I know it may vary depending on spring ( i have a red h/c) .....i've thrown pm's at turk in regards to my tuning and appreciate his help, but don't want to over bug him.....plus others may gain from a thread ....
my sled 02 srx h/c bolt-0 washers in tip ,4 washers in heel ,red spring
52/44 helix green spring at 80 d = 8500 rpm
trying to get to 8200
engage =4500 want to keep it there for now ,but want to up it to 5000 for grass.....
any input is appreciated
