SRX running good and some pics

Went down the river to the divervsion just north of St A .Found some water to splash in. The river was alot better than the last time I went on it ( near the begining of the season). We had the river all to ourselves today. Was looking for a monster but did not find one .
Played on the river and the banks until we were almost out of fuel. Did not take long to empty the tank today.

Apparently someone sank their sled just south of St A near the small bridge.Was that you Doug?
 
how would someone sink their sled.Not warm enough yet for the ice to melt.The Red River has 2-3 feet ice according to some of the guys ice fishing on the river and using their augers.
 
Not sure .My neighbors wife said that she saw about 5 sled crossing back and forth accross some water near that bridge on 311. One guy stopped in the middle of the water and all she could see was the bars and winshield. There is lots of runoff water collecting in the ditches, maybe thats what she saw.
 
My partner and I have to go next week to West Hawk Lake to do a kitchen install in a cottage.We were told that we have to cross the Lake to get to it.We will be using a 4 wheel drive truck pulling a enclosed trailer with the cabinets inside.I hope we don't go thru the ice.Apparently the ice is supposed to be 4=5 feet thick out there.My partner is a little hesitant.The contractor said he will lead us across and it is still safe.I guess we will find out.In case I don't make it back,I'll be leaving my sleds to.......um lets see..um....????? Got to figure that one out,it will be in my will...lolllllll :o|
 
Not sure exactly.With SRX maybe 750 to 1000.I have the mileage written down in the shed on all 3 sleds.I will post it one day.The SXR maybe 500.How about your mileage this season.
 
Low...around 350ish. :hide: missed out on some riding in the begining of the season was busy doing other things. :o|, honey do list ya know. #$%&*
