MM700 PSI pipes jetting 3-6000ft. ?

Anyone have a good jetting setup for PSI pipes on an otherwise stock 700MM for 3000-6000ft? Not sure if these pipes are the Stockblaster, Modblaster or high alt. pipes. They have a 1and 1/8" stinger outlet on the pipes. I have never messed with PSI's on a MM but have heard they work OK.

what is the peak rpms you should hit with triple psi pipes and stingers.

Are those jetting specs with or without the air shelf removed?
