I am going to "freshen" up my 2002 SRX this summer. I have a rebuilt/indexed 2004 Viper crank + I will have my 2002 SRX crank. Should I use the Viper crank[2 lbs lighter"pork chop"] or get my stock 2002 SRX crank checked/rebuilt and use it?...Why?

The srx crank makes about 2 hp more than the viper crank. There was a post about it a while ago but I could not find it. I put a viper crank in my 780 srx.
If I remember correctly, the 2 hp difference was on a motor that made around 180-190 hp.
