I was wondering a few things about the process of fogging my viper. Does anybody have step-by-step instructions on what exactly to do this is my 1st time doing it so I'm not totally sure what to do. I am only interested in the fogging part of summerizing it, not the other stuff. I've heard there are different ways to do it, like pulling off the top of the airbox and spraying it into each carb hole. I just need to know what order to do things like start it and warm it up and kill it with the choke and using the choke to keep it running, so I was a little confused on what to do. Thanks a lot.

go to a parts store and buy some tee's and small hose and make a manifold that will spray all 3 at once then insert straw into the tube and spray with engine running i dont wait for it to stall these engines will usually take tons of foggin oil to accomplish this. i'll wait until it smokes like a house afire then i'll hit the kill sw. i figure if it's smokin that much every thing in the motor should be coated. then leave it alone until you're ready to bring it out of storage, if you start it regularly it defeats the purpose.

no need to choke it start as normal allow engine to come up to temp feel coolers to make sure engine is warm this gets rid of excess moisture in the whole system. then fog with access to carbs when it gets smoky kill it. if you can do this outside it's a plus because it will smoke like mad.

you'll have to give it some gas yes it wants to stall, after 1 minute of fogging kill it, have your stabil in the gas too wile doing this so it worked in the sysytem

Should I just buy 2 more cans of fogging oil(have to run back to Canadian Tire to get more stabilizer, so I'll be there anyways) and get someone to help me spray them simultaneously or would that be too much oil(or just spry it in sprits instead of a steady flow)?

Do you put the straw on the spray can and shoot in this general direction(attached pic) or do you do it without the straw in that direction or do you take the air box completely off and shoot it in that way.

just take the shelf out and you have perfect access to the bells. i usually sweep side to side going back and forth between the cylinders while continually spraying.when the motor starts to die, let up for a quick second and continue no need to use any throttle if you are having trouble keeping it running, slow up on your spray! lol......i will typically use dang near a whole can of foggin oil.....when you feel confident in your thoroughness. give er the nuts and kill it with the oil. everyone has their own methods but just remember that the more oil you put into the motor the better off you are in the long run.

getting ready to fog tommorow want to give me more info on the procedure how many people helped i any and what to do ?

You will need one helper, remove air box(so you can get at it better)warm sled up,then one person uses two cans to spray in two carbs and the other person uses the last can to spray and run the throttle, spray for 1 min. then let die wile spraying.

use stabil too.

After the sled has stalled out or been shut down, I usually pull the plugs and spray some extra fogging oil in the cylinders. I'm not sure how many others do this, but it mentioned it on the can of STABIL fogging oil I use.

I did both of these exactly.
