I have a '99 SX that is about to hit 10K miles. I rebuilt both clutches at about 6,500 miles even though they really didn't look like they needed it. My question is - how many miles have others gotten out of their clutches? I am assuming at some point I am going to start seeing hairline cracks on the primary sheeves from all of the vibration and torque put on them over the miles/years. Is there any good way to do a crack check without having them magna-fluxed? Is there any "rule-of-thumb"
(sorry I couldn't resist not putting that smile in there) for replacing clutches do to extended miles/years of use?
