1980 xs11 - What are your thoughts?

I found a 1980 xs11 for sale, by me. It's got 70000 miles. Looks clean. Original owner hasn't riden it in about 5 to 8 years. He said it was winterized after the last season he rode it. And the tank and carbs were drained then also. He turns it over once a year and sprays fogging oil into the sparkplug holes. The tires look good, he said they were replaced a couple seasons before he stopped ridding it. The shocks did'nt appear to leak, and they were upgraded since he bought it. Also it has a full faring and bags. Is $400 too much???

if it starts & runs smooth (check compression), tread is good & bike is in safe running order, your good to go. ``__do make sure it runs __ & all electrical components operate correctly.. thats alot of miles,, but have seen some at 90,000 with no rebuilds,, so I was told..
