My 2003 venture has a coolant leak. I have replaced the water pump o ring twice and after driving it around the yard both times it leaks really fast after it's been run and warmed up, never before.
The leak was very minor before and now it's even worse. Any ideas on what it could be?

Is it still leaking from the water pump area? Leaking from the mechanical seal maybe? Or it could be just the coolant hose leaking because of a small crack or maybe the clamp not being tight enough? Those quick clamps do wear out sometimes and you can just put a screw type clamp on there instead to see if it fixes your problem.

It probably needs a shaft,impeller,mechanical seal and o-rings to make it right.On mine the impellar was loose on the shaft and this caused the leak, but we did it all when in there, no leaks since.
