Just asking has anyone tried Polaris weights in a SRX, Such as 10-64 or 10-56............JUST ASKING!

Sure they work good.Bushings for the pins are differant but can be switched over to yamys. The only problem is you cannot fine tune them with weights.I think the 10-56 is the close to right one.

yep, i used 10-56's w/stock primary and stock secondary, on a '00 srx w/good results. engagement will drop like 100-200 rpms tho. need to find a different spring w/higher engagement, to get engagement back to stock....no big deal.

my preference still for the srx is either 8BU-00, or heavy hitters.

Fine Tuning? Sure there is. There's always grinding and welding :)

yep,I myself love working on the sleds, keeps me occupied and learning about things all the time. Now I am starting to work on my 700 Maxim.I'll pour alot of $$$$$ into it and get it up to snuff..even though I won't ride it that much.Just knowing it is in good working order and runs well and maintain it properly..makes me happier then if I was riding it.
