whats wrong with my sled

So i went through my sleds wireing and i did not find on bad spot on it. the problem i was haveing at the end of last season was when i put it to the bar i only got about 7000 rpms out of her but some times it was spot on 8500 or if i was rideing and i had it to the bar it would sit at 7500 rpms the act like it got kicked in the *** and shoot the rpms right back up. also i changed my plugs on my last ride last year and it seemed to be ok but the plugs i had in looked fine and only had 1000 miles on them.

thanks any help would be great.
 
that's what was happening to my brothers sled and it turn out to be the bushings in the secondary
 
sounds very much like the problem is in one of the cluthes, my guess is that it is the secondary clutch that doesnt shift back by some reson, sorry for my bad english;)
