I would like to know if any of you have had good luck with installing them and not having the rubber delaminate. It seems like there have been some problems with this. I would like to install them but I don't want to create a problem where I have none now. I already have the pioneer idler lowering kit in ithe front and it works great. I went with that over the larger idlers to stay with oem wheels. If you have had good luck with any aftermarket 7.5" wheels please let me know what kind and where to get them. I really don't want to spend the money for the "OEM 79 srx" wheels if there still even available. The newer plastic ones look better anyway.
Thank You

I have 7.5 rear wheels on my SX600R and they have been good for over 2 seasons, and I put a few good hard miles on.I put the same ones on my SRX.Only thing firstly I cracked an outside wheel in half.I was just accelerating the sled and boom she went. That was probably a defect in the mould or alloy.I did have a wheel delaminate the rubber once, and that was the 3rd wheel in.That was a little of a chore to get to it and replace. But otherwise the SRX are keeping them intact last season and I do a lot of long distance runs.
Got them Royal Distributing.Go to www.RoyalDistributing.com and look up in the wheel section for the sizes.

Here is a link to some pics of the 79 SRX wheels on my 02 SRX. the rubber has held up on mine but the clearance between the wheels and one of the cross shafts is pretty tight. hman http://www.totallyamaha.net/forums/showthread.php?t=33548
