I have a 2000 SXR 600. I starting the sled today and it won't run without feathering the choke on and off. Any ideas would be great.

I think the fuel pump may be the problem but not very familure with the diaphragm fuel pumps

I'll also agree with plugged pilots, happens to my 700sx alot. The smallest piece of crud will make it idle bad.

Yep, sure do. I will remove the carbs next week and give them a through cleaning. But for now, off to the Woodward Dream Cruise. Thanks for all the help guys.

All fixed now. It was the Pilot Jets, took about 30 min's to complete. Thanks for all the help guys it made the job a breeze.
