The seat is from a 08 Lynx RE 600 so it does look like a REV seat since it´s BRP made. SamueLJackson modified it a bit though.

Nice mods, makes me want to hold on to my 04 warrior to save down the road for a future project.By the way i could of bought one of these sleds new in the fall of 1997, but stayed away because someone said they overheated.Little did i know that the coolers on the running boards are the best way to go to cool your snowmobiles engine.

If it overheates, i have rearcooler from 700 model to put in place. 600 twin dont have rear cooler only metal tube on cooler place.

Smart move, you can never have too much cooling unless its 50C below.

Just read from old dynotech article that this 600 twin engine has so smart cdi unit that when u are driving wot long time it retards ignition timing to avoid detonation... nice.....

I`ve went to ikes place and drove first little longer run with xtc and I noticed some points that need improvement.
Engine is reving too high, way over 8000 rpm. And it needs more cooling, longer flap or rear cooler.
Front suspension is too stiff, just like a snowcross sled. I need to shim shocks again or try softer spring.
At sodankylä were ike liwes is plenty of snow and nice trails to test sled. Heres a pic.

Is that A 144" track on the Mountain Lite? How does the little motor handle the longer track? Oh and BTW the way, the V-Max is looking pretty sweet

No its 155" track with 2 " lugs.
Engine pulls fine 60mph on hard surface, and gearing is very short.

Our club annual season ending uphill dragrace is at 30th day. I Made little tuning to xtc and installed my watercross sled cylinder head to xtc engine. Squish is now 0.055" and comression 170psi. I am running 100 oct fuel. I wonder if sled is any faster...
