Can anyone tell me if i need to remove the protectors on the front heat exchanger when installing an ice ripper 1.25 lug track.
Also do i need to install protectors my rear heat exchanger.

No tunnel or heat protector protection is required. Also, if you have the plastic tunnel protectors in your sled, remove them. Keep an eye on your track tension, you can run it a little loose, but remember - it will stretch a lot during the first 500-600 miles.
I have been running a ice ripper in my viper for about 1600 miles and am really happy with it. Good compromise between traction and weight.

I ran this track on my apex last season and was very happy with it.
thats why i am putting one on the viper. just was not sure about clearance for the heat exchangers.
