what kind of comprssion should i have on an 2001 sxr 700 and a 1997 sx vmax 700? want to know if it will be worth reringing them both.

120-130 psi is good. 110 or less and it will start having compression problems.

Be more concerned about a leak down test,a worn out mill can build pressure but can it hold onto it? is the big Q,L/T is where it's at when talking new rings...
