does anyone have the know how and equipment to machine bushings? i want to try to have someone make some delrin bushings for the rear suspension of my 00 srx 700. it is just a plain old no-action.

If you give me the dimensions I am sure I can whip them out at the machine shop I use for work. I send so much through their shop they usually just make me pay for the material only and give me the machining for free.
Where in Wi. are you located? I am just outside Eau Claire in Elk Mound

i just need to get a few more measurements. that would be sweet if i can get these done up. im up in st croix falls.

the upper w arm mount dimensions are 21.3mm OD 18.9mm ID with a .7mm flange.

the lower w arm mount dimensions are 17.1mm OD 14.9mm ID with a .7mm flange.

im not sure about how long they should be but maybe something like 2-3 inches so if they were that long i could just trim to fit the length. let me know if it can be done and a price for 2 upper and 2 lower bushing. email madzx2@yahoo.com
