Put an 05 edge in my viper tonight went well didnt take very long at all. Only pita was had to gring a 7/8wrench to hold the nut for the back bolt.
I ended up removing the center bracket and riveting on some new cromemoly ones.
Couldnt beleive how easy this went in. I will never miss the no action it was only good for bitting youand pinching you every time you move it.
Here is a couple pics now to do big clean up.
Now I have to explain to the misses the new gauge in her sled. I slipped and fell on here hood with the skid in my arms could of been worse.

Nice i'll be doing this soon, glad to know it wasn't too bad, and hope the misses doesn't kick you too hard for the scratch
That scratch isn't bad, can you replicate it on the other side? Tell her it's customized...

lol, yeah its not that bad im going to just touch it up and buff it out. Or i could always just move the 600 stickers forward 2 inches
