check the tech section lots of clutch setups in there
I run the same pipes and I have my clutch set up with 40-10 heel clickers with a 48/36 helix and 15mm rollers, I run the red primary spring, shoulder bolt with 5 washers, middle long bolt with 1 washer and the tip empty, red secondary spring at 90.

Herky, is that your trail setup? are you running stock gearing with that setup? you ever run that setup on ice in a 1000'?
This is the set up i run all the time, i tried running 21/38 gearing but went back to 22/38,with the extra power the stock gearing seemed to work better.Never ran on ice, alway in snow. This setup will hold its own against the bigger cc sleds. SLP's jetting recomendations were right on for me also if you havn't set up your carbs yet.

I bought the sled how it is with the stock clutching, trail port, slp cermaic coated pipes. jetting is 170 mains and 50 pilots. My buddy had a viper with slps and said the stock clutching sucked and got beat by f7's so i pretty much want to improve over the stock clutching. what do you think about 8bn-20's
