Yamaha 2000 plastic ski and vmx 600 xt

Ok cool that seems easy enough, I just have to go to the hardware store and see what I can find. As far as shims, can you use washers??

Yes you can use washers. They do work just fine.

Hey Ike- I found a set off a 99 sx with less than 30 miles....... so I am going to try these and use your idea to make them work.....
 
Ike would that not weaken the alum saddle(side to side motion)?? :dunno:
how long did you run it like that??

Ok thanks, i will be sure to post some pics when my little pre-season project is finished. Figure about 1-2 weeks, just sent out the money today to NY so hopefully I get my skis before the snow flies!

did you buy those skis from RX1, I bought the C&A's he had. Great deal and he shipped em quick. They are going on the 96 XT this weekend. do you know anybody who has a complete motor for 96 Vmax Xt?
 
Well there on!! I have some finishing touches I want to do to the let so I will post pictures after I am done riding this weekend on our foot of snow we just got!!!

We have had terrible weather here for week and a half. Now it´s snowing again here. But not enough for trails.
