Quick sparkplug question for my SRX...

Spark power is weak on the stock ignition
Go .025" U will pick up some power over .028"

Buy the ecs that is for skidoo and they are gapped at .018". Why yamaha says .028 to .031 is just silly. It takes alot more energy to bridge the larger gap which in turn produces a weaker spark. Not a big deal on a stocker but mod motor with alot of compression and it will not run at wot with the big gap.

Yes do not gap these plugs my buddy had the weld brake on him not nice
