Can I fit a 2" track of I do a 136 with my drop brackets? Or should I stick with a 1 1/2?

2 inch will clear all the way through if you remove any protecters and change the drivers to 8's. The drop brackets won't matter either way.

What if I want to run studs as well, how tall can I go with 8t drivers?

No clue. Never tried running studs in a mountain track, but I know some hill climb guys that do it.
