reminder to all who buy yamalube, Citgo sea&snow comes from the same tank of oil from the factory as yamalube at half the price!!!!!!!dont get me wrong synthetic is a better product if you want to spend the money!!

I try not to buy from the anti-American citgo. I do not like to fund those who would like to do harm to/bring down the US-Chavez/venuzuela.
Good info though.
 
talked to the yamaha reps @ haydays this year, and they said that yamalube isn't made by citgo anymore. its now made by a japanese oil company. i forgot the name of it. maybe like PEDA, or PEDO, or NEPO??? something like that??

Oh, Im just kidding! I like it too, just hurts the pocketbook a bit.
 
Amsoil Interceptor oil is the only oil we should be running in our power valved triples..

An oil doesn't prevent burn downs,that comes from bad jetting issue,oil has nothing what so ever to do with it.

but glad to see you run a quality oil. ;)!

THEY ARE LYING THEIR ASSES OFF...
 
There are 5 oil companies currently in Japan,,, Arabian oil company, INPEX, JNOC,JAPEX and NOC... THREE of the 5 are REALLY JAPANESE oil companies!!! NONE of them make YAMALUBE....

that's it!!!!.....JNOC!! that was the company that the yamaha rep told me was making the yamalube oil now. i don't know if he's lying, but that was just what i was told.
 
OKay, I have always run Yamalube in every sled i have ever worked on. Only becuase that's all I've ever known, and I have access to it easily. What oil should I run? I do not want to order the stuff over the internet I just want to pick it up in the store. What is the best I can get from a local store??

No kiddin! I wouldnt mind if the thread actually stayed on track with the topic about Citgo and Yamalube. It sure didnt take long to turn into a debate about Amsoil and Klotz----again!!
