Minnesota riding?

I could probably do any weekend in Feb. Just pic one, and we can all plan from there. Worst that happens is it doesn't snow Boondocking/ditch playing (assuming the snow is decent) would be great. Personally I tend to get bored just riding the trail all day. Even a good combo of both would work

I'm going to call hotels in the Ely area, and see what kind of rates I can get There is a Super 8 on the east end of town and several others. Right now let's plan on the weekend after Presidents Day.
