Just an update.
Got it back together last weekend and we had enough snow on the driveway for a test drive on Monday. Ran much better - didn't need the enrichment jets at all. I didn't have too long to ride it (had to put it away before the cops showed up!) but it seemed to be tip-top!
I cleaned out the carbs, and found a couple of little air passages that I had missed previously. When I did the pressure test I noticed leaking around the crossover plenum thing that plugs into the rubber boots between the reeds and carbs. Grease fixed it for the pressure test, so I made sure it stayed greased up. Also replaced the drive belt, rear motor mount, and the bearing on the secondary (?) shaft. Should be good to go now!
