Got the skid off and the tabs are broken/and or missing. Think im gonna buy a later model viper skid to replace it with because this one is junk. All bearings and bushings are shot except for one boggie wheel thats good. Seems like everything is bent and twisted. Any suggestions as to wha tskid to use. Its going to be the wifes sled now so i dont want to spend anymore money than i have to on it. I doubt shell ride it like i did. Thanks....Brian

theres a lot of info on other skids on her 2 replace from stock.like sc10 3. the cat.even polera$$.pic up chiper then thos 2.my sled same thing.98 i think was bad year 4 srx with crank out 00.8 to 00.12 & the skid.other than that! bad s.o.b!

looking at your pictures thats a arctic cat front ski shock.i hate 2 admit 2 it but i had one! i dont now that will work? i would find stock after u fix.or go with sc-10 3. good luck!

my srx did the same thing. I wondered what was up with it. The bolt came out of the top and it was shoving the shock into the track giving the same type of gauge you have in your track.
