I know, I know, I'll get flamed for mentioned Arctic Cat, but my wife's '02 ZL600 rides soooo darn good, I am wondering if I can swap that skid into my '99 SRX600... not HER suspension, but another one of course!
Anyone ever done it/heard of it being done? I'm not into getting crazy air off jumps, just comfort during a long days ride.

you'll find that the people here have put jus about every skid you can think of in the no-action sleds, getting ready to do a doo skid myself

I have done a Ski-Doo and a Polaris skid swap, my friend is a die-hard Arctic Cat fan and keeps telling me I need to swap one into a sled, but I ran out of sleds... it isnt hard at all, just about all the tunnels are within 1/2" of each other so a lil spacer and some holes will make anything fit... just need the dimensions from the donor sled and some backing plates to rivet onto the tunnel... You arent that far from me, if you need a hand, send me a PM and I'll do what I can, I have access to a few newer Cats if you need the measurements.
