Yes just rivet on.Very easy.By the pic they dont look new as listed but if they are they will have the rivets,instructions.
They dont look new to me aswell. Now is it okay to run a 1.175 with stock tunnel protectors? I would imagine so right. Dont need to upgrade if its going to do the job when i bottom out

1.175" can be done but you need to keep your track super tight and dont go over bumps lol I would stick with the 1.075" woody or 1.25" extreme.
Well i shouldnt be to worried now if i run a 1.175 that i will have Both heat exchanger protectors and tunnel protectors right?

Yes you would because they only stop the track coming up to a certain point and if the studs are longer you still have the risk.

I have a 1" Agressor track on my '01 with 1.075" Gold Diggers along with both HX protectors. I had to trim the lugs about and 1/8" at the clip/window area to avoid rubbing against the protector. With the track loose, it ballons a bit more than if it were tight and if not for the protectors I'd have nicks in the rear HX.
Whats the pros and cons of running your track tight?

Pro's
-won't balloon as much as higher speeds, therefore not hitting the HX or tunnel.
Con's
Tighter track=more resistance
more resistance=less power/speed

Hey Rich, Im going to order my studs through your shop. I decided not to run the 1.075. Im stuck between the Extreme Max 1.25 or the Woody Golddiggers 1.075. Do you think i will be safe with the EM 1.25's? Opinions welcome

Heat Exchanger
jus noticed my front heat exchanger is missing one of the protecters, the other one was ready to fall off, does anybody know the part number, i looked at the micro fish but couldnt find it, im jus running the stock track, would i be ok not running the protecters?, what is everbody doing to keep them on, the rivets seemed kinda sub-par, thinking of jus welding them,
