I just ordered a part from them almost a month ago and have not received it yet. I tried to get a tracking number from them on tuesday and got transfered then disconnected, wed I call back and they say they will email me the tracking number by closing that day. Today rolls around and I call them again. They tell me to click on status to get tracking number, but it won't work for the customer order number the gave me. So I call back again and this time they give me a bougus tracking number!! It don't work so I call back and they transfer me again just to get disconnected again. So I keep calling with no answer, then decide to keep letting that phone ring while I grab my cell phone to call on it aswell. They pick up on the cell phone line and when I tell them whats going on they transfer me just to get disonnected again. Now they won't answer when i call on ether phone. I let both phone ring till they get disconnected. I am sure i got scammed by them. I cancelled my credit card number so they won't do anymore charges to it. I should have clued in the one time I called and just got a sleepy sounding hello and I had to ask if it was the right number.

where are they situated and check with the better business bureau and issue a complaint against them.Enough of those and they are out of business.Screrw them!!!!I hate friggin jerk so called companies that think they can operate and get away with it.Keep them phones ringing 24 hours a day none stop through the night.It probably is their home phone number.Annoy the hell out of them.

Looks like a garage operation that uses one of the generic answering services to take their calls/orders, which in turn passes the info on to 'whoever' so they can place the actual item on order with the manufacturer (probably all done via e-mail).

Tried this...can't do anything for me till 30 days have passed, then they will investigate. Thats when I decided to cancel the card!! Will have no card for a week, but I feel much better.
