Wiring Viper for Heated Shield

where and what have you guys wired to under the handle bar cover on vipers for a heated shield?

Power, from the brake handle switch........ground it to the bars, will get you a couple of pics if you want.......let me know!

My plug has a white and red wire that run from it. I have the red one tied into the blue wire and the white is tied into the green wire under the handle bar cover.

You can see where the wire is all zip tied together, and the red(power) wire is taped to the blue power wire and goes into the connector, and the black wire can be grounded to anything.

P.S. Thanks for reminding me because my ground wire broke off where it was connected to the bolt for the bars, so I will have to find a better way to ground it without it being between that bolt because by the time I tighten it down all of the way it ends up breaking the wire.
