its only 4 bolts to pull skid out, very easy to take slides off, this also gives you a great opportunity to check rest of suspension, i can do it in just over an hour, either way you have to loosen the track off...
X2, One person job to remove the suspension and replace hyfax. If you have so many miles your hyfax are worn, I gaurantee you will have some other worn parts also. Al
you might have to loosen abit with the new hyfax installed
if you just want to change your hyfaxs then loosen the track and remove slider screw and use a flat screw driver onthe hyfax only and hammer them down until you get 12 in out. then grab with visegrips and hammer on the visegrip wrapped with shirt out. use wd40 on therails before you remove hyfax.
